Returns Policy I hope that you will enjoy your purchase. However, if you find a problem returns will be accepted by return of post – i.e. the postage date on your returned item is within 24 hours of the date that you signed for receipt of the item.
If the item is still in perfect, unused condition, the full price will be refunded. Postage will not be refunded.
The sale of goods act regarding personalised goods is however clear that anything customised for you cannot be returned unless the item is faulty. Please take care filling in the form to customise goods as all spellings and directions will be taken directly from you.
This does not effect your statutory rights; in the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, please return them with a note explaining the problem and the item will be repaired or replaced if not customised.
International postage is possible but please inquire before buying
